Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor material usage and report site progress
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Prepare daily and weekly site reports
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
1-2 years of construction experience (mandatory)
Good knowledge of construction methods and site practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and coordination skills
