Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities for commercial and residential construction projects.
Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Handle site technical issues and coordinate effective solutions in consultation with the Project Manager.
Manage site labor, subcontractors, and materials to ensure productivity and quality of work.
Prepare and update the programme of works in line with project milestones.
Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve site-related matters.
Ensure compliance with
UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
.
Report site progress, challenges, and requirements directly to the
Project Manager
.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in commercial and residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and labor management.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
Must have a UAE valid driving License.
