1. Salary range will be AED 5000 to 8000 (Subject to work experience )
2. Must have minimum of 5 +yrs UAE work Experience .
3. Must have work experience at G +1 luxurious Villa construction
4. Should be capable to handle the project site independently
Roles and responsibilities :
Managing the activities on the site and preparing inspection requests and handing over the executed works to the engineer.
? Ordering and submitting materials and materials samples.
? Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings.
? Preparing and updating works time schedule and managing work to keep it flowing according to the approved schedule.
? Preparing reports, submittals, letters, and any needed response.
? Monitoring our subcontractor's works and performing quality control inspections for delivering the executed works to ensure that it is pursuant to the contract specifications and drawings.
? Prepare interim payments, variations, and claims to be submitted to the main
contractor.
? Prepare subcontractor's interim payments.
? Participated in project close-out.
? Pricing any variations.
? Managing & scheduling of manpower, material, equipment & all activities for actual daily needs on construction sites.
