About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Site Civil Engineer

to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for major construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

high-rise towers or large-scale infrastructure

, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all site activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to maintain workflow. Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards. Resolve site issues, manage changes, and report critical matters to the Project Manager. Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 8 years' experience in

high-rise building or large-scale construction projects

. Experience in

hotel or commercial building

is a plus. Strong technical knowledge of civil works, materials, and methods. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Project, and other site management tools

. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
