We are hiring a Site Civil Engineer with proven contractor experience to join our construction team in Dubai.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
(mandatory)
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in construction & contracting projects
Strong knowledge of site execution, supervision, and construction methods
Experience in coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards on-site
UAE construction project experience is preferred
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per plans and specifications
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor site progress and report to senior management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Assist in resolving technical issues on site
Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress records
