Key Responsibilities
Project supervision:
Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Compliance management:
Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Coordination:
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain project reports, permits, and approvals.
Resource management:
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization efficiently.
Problem-solving:
Address technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on-site.
Requirements
Dubai Municipality G+1 Certificate
(mandatory).
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
or equivalent.
Valid UAE Driving License
.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in civil/site engineering within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
construction codes, safety standards, and project management practices
.
