Position:
Civil Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate between site teams, technical office, consultants, and suppliers.
Prepare daily progress reports, quantity tracking, and technical observations.
Ensure site safety and quality control in accordance with company standards.
Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain project schedule and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum
3 years of experience in Dubai
in villa or building construction.
Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Code (DBC)
and local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
and
MS Office
(experience in
Primavera
is a plus).
Excellent communication, coordination, and site management skills.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Location:
Project sites within
Dubai
only.
