About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced

Senior Site Engineer

to join our contracting team specializing in G+4Building

construction

. The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 yrs UAE experience of making buildings and

hands-on, site-focused engineer

with a strong civil background and the ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution of works Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Review drawings and ensure proper implementation on site Manage materials, manpower, and quality of civil works Ensure site safety, documentation, and daily reporting Lead teams across multiple scopes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of UAE site experience

in G+ 4

Building construction (not consultancy & not villa contracting experience)

Strong knowledge of

Civil contracting

Experience dealing with site teams, clients, and subcontractors Able to read technical drawings and handle site decisions. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus.
