Urban Habitat Architectural Consultants is seeking for civil Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in monitoring & controlling construction activities from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project scope, specification & drawings, to be part of our team in the supervision department.

Conduct civil site inspections, as submitted by the contractors in concurrent projects. Coordinate between departments personnel, i.e the ID, the architectural, the MEP and the permitting, to get things done and approved in a fast-paced manner. Mentor the contractors to perform quality workmanship and resolve emerging problems & conflicts. Assist the projects director in the evaluation and issuance of contractor's entitled monthly claims, and in responding to the contractors' letters. Prepare and issue Site instructions, NCRs, & safety violation reports to the contractors upon regular site visits if needed and follow up with contractors to close all the issued reports. Report progress of work to the project's director in a daily basis through proper communication channel. Confer & collaborate with clients' representative personnel and assure fulfillment of their requirements without any delay. Study the variations upon submitting by the contractor and have them signed off by the project's director. Archive all the project documents for potential use in the future by following the company procedures and norms. Study project drawings, specification & materials upon submitting by the contractor and get them fulfilled & approved.
Education:
bachelor's degree in civil engineering

Requirements:
UAE driving license & a car.
