Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum
5
Years of experienceExtensive experience in High raise projects, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all on-site civil works to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules. Monitor and control construction activities to maintain quality and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project execution. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project deadlines. Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports. Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site. Verify and approve construction materials and workmanship quality. Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and project documentation.
