Job Summary

NVR HR Solutions is urgently seeking a proactive and experienced

Civil

Site Engineer

to join a leading construction project in

Dubai

. This role requires a professional with a solid background in civil engineering and 3-5 years of site-based experience, ensuring the successful execution of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Execution:

Manage and direct on-site construction works, ensuring strict compliance with engineering drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.

Quality & Safety:

Implement and monitor rigorous quality control procedures. Ensure all site operations adhere to local health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in Dubai.

Coordination:

Effectively coordinate daily tasks and schedules between subcontractors, construction crews, and the Project Management team.

Progress Reporting:

Maintain accurate daily site records, track project progress, material consumption, and labor reports for management review.

Problem-Solving:

Proactively identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies that arise on-site to prevent project delays.

Resource Management:

Monitor the efficient use of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure the project remains within budget and schedule.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience:

A minimum of

3 to 5 years

of demonstrable experience as a Site Engineer, preferably within the UAE's construction sector.

Location:

Candidates must be currently residing in Dubai.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong command of construction methods, materials, and relevant local building codes.

Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
