: Site Engineer (1-2 Years Experience, Hindi Speaking)

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in construction or interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely project delivery and maintaining quality standards. Fluency in Hindi is essential to communicate effectively with site labor and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily on-site activities and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers.
Ensure that work is being carried out as per design, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure material and manpower availability at the site as per the schedule.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
Attend site meetings and address any on-site issues or conflicts.
Verify measurements and support in preparing as-built drawings.
Ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards on-site.
Translate technical instructions into simple language for labor teams (especially in Hindi).
Requirements:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or a related field.
1-2 years of site execution experience (interiors, civil, or fit-out preferred).
Strong understanding of construction drawings and BOQs.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD basics (preferred).
Must be fluent in Hindi and able to communicate clearly with site laborers.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work on-site and travel locally as needed.
Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of MEP works and HVAC.
Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
Knowledge of site safety practices.
Additional Preferred Knowledge:

Experience in villa construction, including structural and architectural works.
Basic understanding of swimming pool construction methods and waterproofing systems.
Familiarity with luxury interior finishes and fit-out detailing.
Ability to coordinate multiple trades (civil, MEP, interiors) on high-end residential projects.
Knowledge of sequencing works for villas, pools, and interior finishing.
