Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
Monitor site progress, prepare daily reports, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Conduct inspections of structural and finishing works to maintain construction quality.
Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and ensure compliance with design and client requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
3-4 years of UAE experience
in
civil construction
, preferably in
villa or residential projects
Strong understanding of site supervision, finishing works, and construction methodologies
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD preferred
