Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise the overall project execution and progress as per the project schedule and plan. Participate in technical and coordination meetings with design departments and contractors to resolve technical and coordination issues. Site inspections, quality control, and HSE awareness. Regulatory compliance and design resolutions, ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications Resolving design and development problems Maintain accurate records of project progress, changes, and updates. Review shop drawings developed by the contractor. Ensure coordination between architecture, civil, and MEP departments for any revision. Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Holder (Civil). Minimum 3 years UAE working experience in residential, commercial, hospitality projects in

Consultancy firm.

Solid knowledge of engineering practices, construction methods, and multidisciplinary coordination (architecture, civil, and MEP). Strong background in quality control, site inspections, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. Familiarity with local regulations, international codes, and industry standards to ensure full project compliance. Strong personality and good leadership skills. Arabic Speaker is a plus. Valid UAE driving license
