Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and proactive Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards across ongoing construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, monitor, and inspect site work to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate between consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare daily progress reports, material requisitions, and inspection requests (IRs). Verify drawings, dimensions, and site levels before execution. Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality / Trakhees / DCD or relevant authority standards. Assist in quantity take-offs, quality assurance, and as-built drawings. Report site progress, delays, and material requirements to the Project Manager. Maintain site documentation and safety compliance.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (accredited). Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/interior/fit-out or construction projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation. Familiarity with structural, finishing, and MEP coordination. Valid UAE driving license preferred. Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
