About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site execution, coordination, and project supervision within the UAE construction industry. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and ensure project execution is in line with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress and compliance with safety and quality standards. Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety guidelines, and project timelines. Provide technical advice and resolve any emerging problems on-site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BSc or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil/site engineering within the UAE. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in Dubai. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid UAE driving license is a plus. Immediately available candidates are preferred.
