Full-timeKey Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all civil construction activities on site. Ensure execution of works aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Review technical drawings and identify design discrepancies or issues. Manage site resources including manpower, materials, and equipment. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, work inspection requests (WIR), and project documentation. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company and client standards. Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site. Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to supervisors and site teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in site supervision and civil construction. Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with HSE standards and quality control procedures.
