Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Civil Engineer (Construction)
to oversee and manage construction projects, with a strong focus on residential and mid-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project execution is timely, cost-effective, and up to the highest standards of safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations at the construction site Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and legal regulations Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities Handle BOQ preparation, material quantity estimation, and procurement follow-ups Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling Ensure that health and safety protocols are strictly followed on site
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in residential/mid-rise construction in the UAE Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, and project scheduling tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and team coordination abilities UAE driving license is a plus
