Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Civil Site Engineer

to manage construction activities on-site, ensuring project completion within scope, time, and budget. The candidate will supervise site work, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure safety and quality standards, and resolve any on-site issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities. Monitor and ensure construction work aligns with approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily progress reports, material reconciliation, etc. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being executed correctly. Assist in material estimation, procurement, and inventory control. Resolve site-related technical issues promptly. Provide technical support to the project team as required. Participate in project meetings and report progress to the project manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proven experience as a Site Engineer with high rise building experience Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of safety and quality management standards. Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
