Site Civil Engineer
to join our team for residential projects inDubai
.Key Requirements:
Fluency in
Arabic and English
(spoken & written). Proven experience inresidential construction projects
inDubai
. Strong knowledge ofquantity surveying and material take-offs
. Full responsibility for on-site activities including: Supervising construction works and ensuring quality control. Preparing and monitoringproject schedules
. Managing site inspections, work approvals, and compliance. Coordinating site needs and daily operations. Attending meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Following up on submissions togovernment authorities
.Technical Skills:
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Skilled inAutoCAD
for site drawings and modifications. Experience usingPrimavera
for project scheduling.Qualifications:
2 to 5 years
of relevant experience in the UAE. Must hold avalid UAE driving license
.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Bachelor's (Preferred)
