Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Civil Site Engineer
to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations. Monitor and ensure progress according to the construction schedule. Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other site personnel. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations. Maintain site records, including work progress, material usage, and labor deployment. Handle site-level documentation such as daily progress reports (DPRs), material checklists, and inspection reports. Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and progress billing. Communicate with the project manager regarding project status, delays, or issues requiring attention.
