Job Description
Site Supervision
: Overseeing daily activities at the construction site, ensuring that work is being done according to plans and specifications.Quality Control
: Ensuring that materials and workmanship meet the required standards and quality.Site Surveying
: Collaborating with surveyors to ensure that the site layout is accurate and properly aligned with the project design.Coordination
: Working with contractors, subcontractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of tasks.Safety Management
: Ensuring that construction activities are performed safely, in compliance with health and safety regulations.Progress Monitoring
: Tracking the progress of the project and making adjustments to timelines, budgets, and resources as necessary.Problem Solving
: Addressing issues that arise during construction, such as technical challenges or delays, and finding appropriate solutions.Cost Control
: Managing project costs and ensuring that the project stays within budget.Documentation
: Maintaining accurate records of the construction process, including reports, plans, and inspections.Compliance
: Ensuring the project adheres to local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental guidelines.Job Type: Full-time

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Dubai: 4 years (Preferred)
