Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

with experience in

fit-out projects

to oversee on-site execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, and site management practices. You will be the bridge between the design, procurement, and site teams, ensuring all works meet specifications, safety standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution according to drawings, specs, and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the client on-site. Review and interpret fit-out drawings (architectural, MEP, joinery, etc.) and ensure execution aligns with approved plans. Monitor quality of materials and workmanship on site. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with HSE regulations. Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Attend site meetings and coordinate work sequences with project and design teams. Resolve site issues, design conflicts, and technical challenges efficiently. Assist in preparing project schedules, material submittals, and progress claims. Ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of works within deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience in

interior fit-out projects

. Solid knowledge of fit-out procedures, materials, and finishing standards. Proficient in reading technical drawings and using tools like AutoCAD and MS Project. Strong coordination and communication skills. Familiarity with local building codes and authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.). Ability to manage multiple trades (MEP, gypsum, marble, joinery, etc.) on-site.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in luxury or high-end fit-out projects (hotels, retail, villas). Driving license (preferred for site mobility). Knowledge of project handover and snagging procedures.
