Job Description
Site Engineer
with minimum of 7 years of experience with fit-out / contracting companies within the Gulf.This is a full-time on-site role in Dubai for a Site Engineer at Specs & Spaces Contracting LLC.
The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules, managing subcontractors, allocating the suffiecient workforce for the job and maintaining quality standards in construction activities.
??Experience in construction site supervision and management; ??Knowledge of construction processes and quality control standards; ??Strong leadership and communication skills; ??Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; ??Health and safety certifications or training; ??Experience with planning, budgeting and cost control; Adhere to project cost, quality, time and resources. ??Problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ??Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field subject to the applied position;
