About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of structural and architectural works in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on site supervision experience, strong coordination abilities, and sound knowledge of construction standards and authority regulations within the UAE.

The Site Engineer will support the Construction and Project Managers by managing labor, subcontractors, and execution teams, while ensuring that work progresses according to program, drawings, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities related to structural and architectural works. Implement construction drawings and specifications as approved by consultants and local authorities. Monitor daily site progress, manpower allocation, and material usage, ensuring alignment with project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and the QA/QC team for timely inspections and quality checks. Report site status, delays, issues, and requirements to the Project/Construction Manager. Identify site discrepancies or technical issues and raise RFIs for resolution. Ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols and promote safety practices among site teams. Support material requests, delivery follow-ups, and manage storage and handling of site materials. Conduct site measurements, quantity verification, and support progress billing documentation. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documentation.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong understanding of construction methods, structural detailing, and architectural finishing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience coordinating with QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and consultants. Familiarity with DM, Trakhees, DDA, and other UAE authority requirements. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site reporting formats. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Valid

Society of Engineers - UAE

membership preferred. Minimum

8-10 years of site execution experience

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
