The Civil Site Engineer will play a crucial role in the construction and development of new built projects. Their primary purpose is to ensure that civil works at a construction site are executed according to design, specification, quality, and timeline requirements.

JOB LOCATION - FUJAIRAH, UAE

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering AutoCAD or Revit National Police Clearance (Mandatory) Valid UAE Driving License (preferred for site mobility).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Execution of Work on Site - Supervises and oversees all civil related tasks daily on site and also ensures that construction aligns with the approved drawings and specifications. Technical Guidance - Reading and executing structural and architectural drawings. Solves on-site technical issues or coordinates with the Chief engineer Inspecting & corrections: Monitoring workmanship and adherence to specifications Quality Control: Ensures materials and workmanship meet standards and specifications. Coordinates testing of materials with the Chief engineer and the contractors Progress Monitoring: Tracks construction progress against project timelines and update the Division manager and Chief engineer with reports and forecasts Coordination with Other Disciplines: Coordinates with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), safety teams, and contractors Documentation and Reporting: Maintains records such as daily progress reports, site logs, and inspection reports. Site Execution & Supervision Progress Monitoring & Reporting Contractor/Subcontractor Coordination Structural calculations Strong understanding of engineering drawings, project specifications, ISO 9001 standards, and UAE construction codes, ensuring all works meet required quality benchmarks. Proficient in conducting site & material, workshop, and factory inspections across disciplines (civil, MEP, finishes, fabrication), and identifying workmanship defects or non-conformances. Skilled in documenting findings and coordinating timely corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments. Able to assess the quality of received materials, installed works, and finished products in accordance with approved submittals and palace standards. Works closely with Construction, Fabrication, Maintenance, Soft Services, and Procurement to ensure compliance with QA protocols and smooth project execution. Maintains detailed inspection records, quality reports, and compliance logs with professionalism, accuracy, and discretion. Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and meticulous documentation practices.
