Job Title: Site Engineer

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards. The Site Engineer works closely with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of the project. Interpret architectural and structural drawings and ensure work is executed accordingly. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to meet project milestones. Prepare site reports, check designs and drawings, and ensure accuracy. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site. Manage and resolve any technical issues that may arise on-site. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager. Oversee material deliveries, usage, and inventory on-site. Attend project meetings and provide updates on site activities. Ensure that environmental and health and safety guidelines are strictly followed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction or infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera or MS Project). Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Freshers in the UAE can apply.
