Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site operations Review technical drawings and plans Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers Ensure quality control and safety compliance Prepare daily site reports and maintain records
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience in site supervision and project execution Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools
