Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications for villa construction
Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and building codes
Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in villa construction (G+1, G+4 or higher)
Dubai Municipality approval card preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
UAE driving license is a plus
