.About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced
Senior Site Engineer
to join our dynamic contracting team specializing in Building & Villaconstruction
. The ideal candidate is ahands-on, site-focused engineer
with a strong civil background and the ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver quality results on time.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution of works Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Review drawings and ensure proper implementation on site Manage materials, manpower, and quality of civil works Ensure site safety, documentation, and daily reporting Lead teams across multiple scopes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 6-8 years of UAE site experience
inBuilding contracting (not consultancy & mpt villa contracting experience)
Strong knowledge ofCivil contracting
Experience dealing with site teams, clients, and subcontractors Able to read technical drawings and handle site decisions. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD is a plus UAE driving license preferredJob Type: Full-time
