Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Site Engineer

with a strong background in civil works, interior fit-out, and MEP coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring execution as per approved drawings and specifications, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Knowledge in reading technical drawings and hands-on experience with

gypsum works, block works, tile fixing, marble installation, joinery

, and

MEP systems

is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret

civil and architectural drawings

, ensuring accurate implementation on site. Supervise and execute works related to

gypsum partition & ceiling, block works, tile & marble installation, joinery,

and

MEP

(Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely progress. Ensure materials used and work performed comply with project specifications and quality standards. Prepare daily site reports, material requests, and progress updates. Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with HSE standards. Conduct inspections and snagging works in coordination with the QA/QC team. Assist in resolving technical issues and provide solutions during site execution. Support project planning and ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in site supervision, especially in

fit-out and civil projects

. Strong knowledge of

technical drawing reading

and execution planning. Familiarity with

gypsum works, tile/marble laying, joinery works, block laying, and MEP services

. Good command of MS Office, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
