Civil Site Engineer

to join our innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with structural and safety standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional, aesthetically pleasing designs. Prepare detailed project drawings, layouts, and technical plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure alignment with approved designs and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Manage project budgets, materials, and schedules effectively. Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in interior design and construction technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven mini 5 years experience in interior design and fit-out projects, preferably in the UAE. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of structural calculations, building codes, and regulations in Dubai. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. UAE driving license is a plus.
