Job Description
Dubai-based company specializing in Villa Project Management Services is looking for an Engineer who possesses the following qualifications and can handle the following responsibilities:
Qualifications:
1. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
2. Ability to assess structural integrity, environmental impact, and engineering feasibility.
3. Understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and safety regulations.
4. Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline or similar with at least 2-5 years of working experience in UAE.
5. Holding a valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Your Responsibilities
:1. Apply in-depth knowledge and expertise in UAE Building Code/Law to ensure compliance and optimal construction practices in all projects.
2. Perform site inspections to assess current conditions, identify technical challenges, and recommend improvement opportunities.
3. Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure adherence to quality standards, and meet project deadlines efficiently.
4. Providing technical expertise to support the team throughout planning, design, development, and implementation phases.
5. Manage the process and documentation requirements for Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
6. Engages in effective conversations and can successfully promote the company to potential clients
7. Provide clients with weekly updates and detailed reports on the project's progress.
