About the Role:

You'll anchor our civil engineering mandates across diverse real estate development sites, ensuring seamless execution from blueprint to build.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily civil site operations across UAE projects, ensuring adherence to design, schedule, and safety. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to resolve technical snags and site challenges. Interpret and implement civil and structural plans with uncompromising attention to detail. Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and maintain documentation aligned with PNC's standards. Ensure compliance with local regulations, QHSE protocols, and client specifications. Liaise with procurement teams for timely delivery of materials and quality checks. Support project engineers and architects in translating design intent into site reality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must have a Bachelor's/Master's Degree. 4-7 years of experience in civil site execution, preferably in high-end residential or mixed-use developments. Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, UAE building codes, and real estate workflows. Proficiency in site management software and civil engineering tools (AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, etc.). Resilient, collaborative, and quality-obsessed -- thrives in fast-paced, multi-site settings.
