Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Site Civil Engineer

with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, coordination, and quality control of civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site. Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor and manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. Verify and ensure quality of materials and workmanship at the site. Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities. Identify and resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site. Support the Project Manager and senior engineers in project execution and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2 to 4 years of relevant site experience in civil construction projects (e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure). Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management. Proficiency in using tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction project scheduling software. Familiarity with site safety protocols and quality standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling government or large-scale private construction projects. Certification in construction safety (preferred but not mandatory). Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
