ore Responsibilities:

Design & Drafting:

Project Planning & Coordination:

Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and clients to align civil works with overall project requirements.

Assist in preparing project schedules and timelines.

Site Supervision & Inspection:

Conduct periodic site visits to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards.

Prepare site inspection reports and attend technical meetings.

Technical Documentation:

Prepare engineering reports, technical submissions, BOQs, and method statements.

Review and approve contractor/shop drawings and materials.

Regulatory Compliance & Approvals:

Coordinate with local authorities (e.g., municipality, HFZA) for design approvals and NOCs.

Ensure that designs comply with applicable codes and regulations (e.g., UAE building code, international standards).

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Attend client meetings and provide technical advice or solutions.

Communicate project status, challenges, and milestones with the project manager and clients.

Value Engineering & Problem Solving:

Suggest cost-effective and safe engineering solutions during the design and construction stages.

Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Tendering & Estimation Support:

Provide input during the tendering phase including pricing support, quantity estimation, and reviewing tender drawings/specifications.

Integrate sustainable practices into designs where possible.

Keep updated with new materials, technologies, and software relevant to civil engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
