Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all civil construction activities related to swimming pool projects (residential/commercial).
Understand pool structural designs, waterproofing techniques, plumbing layouts, and filtration systems.
Coordinate with MEP teams, designers, and subcontractors for execution.
Ensure work is done as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
Handle site measurements, daily progress reports, and material planning.
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance norms at the site.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in swimming pool construction, especially in RCC, waterproofing, and tiling works.
Knowledge of filtration systems, skimmers, overflow, balance tanks, and pump room setups is a plus.
Ability to read CAD drawings and understand pool design schematics.
Strong site supervision skills and ability to manage labor and resources effectively.
Preferred Skills:
AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software.
Exposure to finishing works like pool tiling, coping stones, deck laying, etc.
Problem-solving in site-level challenges (e.g., leakage, slope issues, pump alignment).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
