Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Oversee and manage all daily construction activities on-site, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, design specifications, project requirements, and established quality and safety standards.

Technical Coordination & Problem-Solving:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the design/engineering team and site workforce. Identify, analyze, and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that may arise during construction.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct routine inspections of ongoing works and materials to verify compliance with project standards and specifications. Ensure all works meet the highest quality benchmarks before handover.

Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

Track daily site progress against the approved project schedule. Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise and coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and surveyors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of project milestones.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including daily site logs, inspection checklists, material delivery notes, red-line drawings, and other relevant records.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce on-site health, safety, and environmental regulations in accordance with UAE statutory requirements and company HSE policies. Ensure that all personnel adhere to approved safety procedures.

Quantity & Cost Control:

Assist in monitoring material usage, tracking quantities, and verifying site measurements to support cost control and ensure adherence to project budget and resource planning.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
