Aluminium & Glass fabrication, installation, and facade works
. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution on-site, ensure work quality, manage installation teams, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage all on-site installation activities related to
aluminium, glass, facade, doors, windows, curtain walls, and cladding systems
.
Review project drawings, technical details, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
Coordinate daily with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and the fabrication team.
Prepare site progress reports, material requests, and installation schedules.
Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with safety standards and QA/QC procedures.
Solve technical issues on-site and provide engineering support when needed.
Monitor manpower allocation, equipment usage, and project timelines.
Ensure smooth communication between office and site teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in the UAE aluminium & glass/facade industry.
Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, fabrication methods, and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documents.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
UAE Valid Driving License is a MUST.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
