Job Description

Plan, designs, and also direct civil engineering projects, like roads, pipe lines, building, etc.

Analyze reports, maps, drawings, blue prints, and plus other design project.

Calculate cost & determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge techniques of engineering and additionally advance mathematics.

Prepare or directs preparation modification of reports, specification, plans, construction schedule, environmental impact studies, and also design for project.

-Typically involves leading and managing interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion, overseeing on site construction and fit-out works.

Inspect construction site to monitor progress as well ensure conformance engineering plans, specification, and also construction safety standards.

May direct construction maintenance activities at project site.

May use of computer- assisted engineering as well as designs software plus equipment to prepare engineering design documents.

May be designated according to specialty or product.

Managing subcontractors and preparing their contracts followed by site management, coordinating and time management

Site inspection and creating snags report for our teams to assure the quality of our work

Following snags reports provided by the clients and consultants

Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean

Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

Preparing and keeping the daily site report.

Conducting daily visits to all site and continuously liaising and communicating with the project Supervisors to ensure all issues arising are addressed and resolved in a timely manner

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
