Civil Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day site operations and ensure alignment with the project execution plan.

- ensuring day to day labors presence and distribution on sites , on time, also strategic planning of site logistics and day to day purchases.

- Monitor and control construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Supervise site mobilization and oversee all works.

- Ensure timely progress of works in line with construction schedules.

- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders for smooth field operations.

- Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the construction phase.

- Conduct quality checks and ensure that HSE standards are strictly followed.

- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on project progress and any site-related issues.
