BE in Civil Engineering with 5 years experiencing in site management

Job Responsibilities

Assist Managing Industrial Civil and structural related Sites Assist Managing repair and maintenance of infrastructure Sites Assist Managing Interior Fit out works of industrial office buildings Experience in INDUSTERIAL related projects Forecasting design and construction timeline Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages Assist Project and Estimation team for the civil related activities in respective projects Determine project cost by calculating labor, material, and other related cost. Prepare Progress Reports Execute project based on outlined criteria. Reviewing government regulations and ordinances. Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance. Shall obtain depth knowledge of COMPANY specifications and standards especially INDUSTERIAL PROJECTS. Review of Geo technical survey reports Preparation and review of civil foundation drawings, super structure drawings, cable trench drawings, duct bank design, road crossings and MTO Review of architectural drawings Sound in performing TBE for major civil sub-contractor and structural sub-contractor. Shall be aware of site requirements, site surveys and shall be able to prepare modification SOW and perform adequacy checks. Capable to do interdisciplinary coordination, raise RFI, need list. Participation in constructability workshops and design reviews
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

CIVIL engineer: 5 years (Preferred)
