We are looking for a

Civil Site Engineer

with

3-4 years of UAE experience

to manage and execute site activities for civil construction, fit-out, and facility management projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling site operations while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities in line with approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations Ensure work execution complies with project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements Prepare daily progress reports and monitor work completion against targets Coordinate inspections with consultants and ensure timely approvals Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues Ensure proper material usage, manpower deployment, and site discipline Support facility management works including maintenance and minor modifications, when required

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum

3-4 years of relevant UAE experience

Hands-on experience in

civil construction, fit-out, and/or facility management projects

Valid

UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Good knowledge of site execution, drawings, and coordination Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred:

Immediate availability Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
