Plotter Creation Group is a leading maintenance and contracting company in the UAE, dedicated to delivering high-quality construction and fit-out projects with excellence and precision. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our growing operations.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer within the UAE
Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing, and structural works.
Familiar with UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and authority approvals.
Ability to coordinate between consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Excellent communication, supervision, and reporting skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
UAE driving license preferred.
Scope of Work / Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Manage and monitor labor force, materials, and subcontractor works.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and clients for inspections and approvals.
Verify quantities, materials, and ensure timely site execution as per schedule.
Assist in resolving any technical issues or design discrepancies on site.
Oversee finishing and handover works ensuring the highest quality standards.
