Napoli Engineering Consultancy, based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a skilled and motivated
Civil Site Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring project quality, and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily site operations
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
Prepare and review site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues
Support project managers in planning and execution phases
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in engineering software is an advantage
