Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
4-7 years
proven site experience onbuilding projects
(RC/steel structure, envelope, base-build interiors). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials,HSE
standards, and QA/QC procedures. Proficient withAutoCAD
, leveling/total station, and basicMS Project/Excel
. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage daily site activities across multiple zones.Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise day-to-day site works per drawings/specs, ensuring quality, safety, and program compliance.
Setting-out/surveying
(levels, axes), verification of shop drawings, and coordinating builder's work openings. Prepare and closeWIR/MIR
, implementITPs/checklists
, and maintain redlines/as-builts. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and MEP for interfaces; monitor manpower, plant, and materials. Conduct toolbox talks, enforcePTW/HSE
requirements, and keep site housekeeping/barricading. Track progress vs3-week look-ahead
, raise RFIs, and report risks with recovery actions. Support testing & commissioning readiness andsnag/de-snag
