Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Site Engineer / Project Execution Engineer to manage and execute construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project components are delivered as per design, within time and budget constraints, while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Supervision
Oversee daily site activities to ensure execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and timelines. Supervise subcontractors and laborers to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Planning & Coordination
Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. Review drawings, resolve discrepancies, and plan deployment of manpower and equipment.
Quality & Compliance
Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, test records, and as-built drawings.
Safety & Risk Management
Enforce on-site safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE. Report incidents and collaborate with safety officers on audits and corrective actions.
Requirements:
Education
: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil EngineeringExperience
: Minimum 2 years (UAE) in residential/commercial site executionTechnical Skills
: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera, drawing interpretationSoft Skills
: Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communicationCertifications
: OSHA / NEBOSH (preferred)Language
: English or Arabic (required)Salary:
