Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee
civil construction activities
on-site. Ensure compliance withmunicipality regulations and approvals
. Performquantity surveying
, cost estimation, and material take-offs. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities. Prepareprogress reports, site inspections, and documentation
. Ensuresafety, quality, and timely project completion
.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience
in UAE construction projects. Strong knowledge ofAbu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) systems
and approvals. Experience inquantity surveying, BOQs, and cost estimation
. Familiarity withAutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software
.Valid UAE driving license
is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
