Job Description

:

1. Design and Development: Design and develop infrastructure projects, including preparing blueprints, models, and specifications.
2. Project Planning: Plan and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
3. Site Inspection: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
5. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical problems, ensuring that projects meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
6. Communication: Communicate project details, progress, and issues to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
7. Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money

Required Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Professional Engineer (PE) License:(Preferred)
3. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
4. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with team members.
5. Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage projects from conception to completion.
6. Familiarity with Industry Software: Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and other engineering design and analysis tools.
7. Minimum 1 years UAE experience in interior design, fit out, construction company will be a highly advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
