Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve technical issues. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct quality checks and inspections on materials and workmanship. Manage site logistics, including material delivery, storage, and labor coordination. Review and interpret construction drawings and suggest modifications as needed. Assist in preparing project documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience (typically 4-7 years) in civil site engineering or construction supervision. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficient in project management tools and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification. Approved AbuDhabi Municipality Classification. Experience in [specific project types, e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure]. Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
